All of the features from last year’s Nano have migrated to the fourth-generation model, including music, video, and podcast playback, as well as extras such as photos, calendar, games, alarms, stopwatch, contacts, notes, and clocks.

Its requirements are a Mac with USB 2.0 port, Mac Os X v10.4.11 or later and iTunes 8 or a Windows with a USB 2.0 port and Windows vista or Windows XP home or professional. It is available in two versions 8GB and 16GB.
